Last night in a Janesville Jets 4 - 1 victory versus the Springfield Jr. Blues, Ross Mauermann, with a goal and an assist, became the Jets single season scoring leader with 53 points. Ross surpassed Rui Encarnarcao's 52 points last year. Ross also broke his own single season record for assists with 29.
With his 53 points to date this season, Ross is tied for ninth in the overall NAHL Scoring Leaders standings. He is only 6 points away from 100 total career points with the Janesville Jets.
