
Rollers sign Larry House

Minneapolis, MN (February 2, 2007) - Exclusive Sports Group, L.L.C. announces that former Creighton University stand-out Larry House (6'5", 215 lbs.) has signed a professional basketball contract with the Sauk Valley Rollers of the American Basketball Association (ABA) on January 29, 2007. The Rollers reside in the ABA - White Division, North Conference, and are currently in second place with a 10-9 record. The Rollers are coached by Dave Knickelbein, who also instructs at the prestigious Chicago Bulls Training Academy.
Larry House was a standout at Creighton University from 2001-2003. Larry was an All-Missouri Valley (MVC) Selection and was named to the MVC Conference All-Tournament Team in 2003. Creighton University was ranked as high as 9th in the country by the Associated Press in 2003. Larry has recently returned home from a professional stint in Germany, playing for the DVS Dachau Spurs, where he averaged 26.6 points per game (50.0 % FG) and 10.4 rebounds per game. Larry has also played in the CBA, USBL (All-USBL 2nd Team), ABA and for the Harlem Globetrotters.
Larry has high aspirations for this season in Sauk Valley, "First and foremost, I am excited about the opportunity that team owner Tom McGinn, Coach Knickelbein and the front office staff have given me. I feel fortunate to be able to play with such tremendous teammates and a devoted staff. It is my hope that I will be able to assist this organization reach the ultimate goal and make a playoff run. However, I am committed towards taking this one game at a time."
