Rockstars game to be rescheduled
December 1, 2006 - American Basketball Association (ABA)
Chicago Rockstars News Release
Chicago, IL - The game between the St.Louis Stunners and The Chicago Rockstars has been rescheduled due to severe weather conditions in the Midwest. The City of St. Louis went through a terrible ice storm on Thursday night. Road conditions in St. Louis made the travel to STL impossible for the Rockstars. Also Forest Park Community College called the event off for Friday night due to the weather.
The new date of the game will be posted on each team's site in the near future.
Tommorrow's Rockstar game vs. The Quad City Riverhawks will have no complications. The game will be held at NEIU at 7 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m.
Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams. For information on professional minor leagues, please see OSC's basketball section.
