Durham, N.C. - Rockland Boulders manager Jamie Keefe was named the Can-Am League's Manager of the Year on Sunday, as voted upon by league managers and media members.

It marks the second consecutive year that Keefe has earned the award, as well as the third time in his Can-Am League managerial career, having also won it with Pittsfield in 2011.

Through Saturday's games, Rockland has a 61-34 record, and has already clinched the league regular-season title for the second consecutive season. Keefe and the Boulders also won the Can-Am League playoff championship in 2014.

A native of Rochester, N.H., Keefe piloted Pittsfield to a playoff berth in 2011. Prior to that, he spent nine seasons managing three different clubs in the independent Frontier League. He has amassed over 600 professional wins as a manager.

Originally a third-round draft pick of Pittsburgh in 1992, Keefe played nine professional seasons in the Pirates' and Padres' organizations, reaching as high as Triple-A.
