The Newark Bears & Riverfront Stadium will be hosting Rock your School on September 3, 2011 from 9:00am-4:30pm.
The day will consist of two events, Rock the Stadium and Back 2 School followed by a Bears home game and our last fireworks night.
Rock the Stadium is our first annual Kids Club singing and dancing competition judged by world renowned recording producers; Tony Black, Mark Salamone, Earl Cohen and Ron Saint Germain.
The competition will be hosted by "Music Impresario" Lori Michaels.
The winners will receive either recording time in one of the nation's top recording studios or a spot on our Newark Bears dance team.
The second event, Newark Goes Back 2 School will be hosted by Realism Hargrave and music by DJ Uniique.
There will be book bag & school supply giveaways, guest speakers, live performances, community support tables and food/beverages.
