New Britain Rock Cats News Release
New Britain, CT - The New Britain Rock Cats, the AA affiliate of the American League's Minnesota Twins, announced today that C Danny Lehmann, the 27-year-old native of The Woodlands, TX, has been promoted to Rochester in the AAA International League.
Selected out of Rice University in the 8th Round of the 2007 MLB Draft, the 5'11"/190-pound receiver appeared in 9 games for the 2013 Rock Cats and departs with a .273 BA with 1 HR and 3 RBI.
He will be in uniform for the Red Wings tonight.
There is no corresponding move at this time to fill the New Britain vacancy created by Lehmann's promotion.
