
RoadRunners, Las Vegas To Meet In Pre-Season

PHOENIX, Ariz. - The Phoenix RoadRunners of the ECHL, a proud affiliate of the Phoenix Coyotes and the San Antonio Rampage, will meet the Las Vegas Wranglers in a home-and-home pre-season series on Thursday, October 12 and Friday, October 13.
The RoadRunners will travel to Las Vegas at 7:05PM Thursday, October 13 to battle the Wranglers at the Orleans Arena. The two teams will then return to Phoenix the following evening for a re-match at 7:15PM at the Alltel Ice Den in North Scottsdale, the official practice facility of the Phoenix RoadRunners.
Ticket information for the pre-season game against Las Vegas on Friday, October 13 at the Alltel Ice Den will be released at a later date.
The Wranglers wrapped up the 2005-06 season with a club-best record of 53-13-6 and advanced to the West Division Finals before being eliminated by eventual Kelly Cup Champion Alaska. The RoadRunners and Wranglers will meet nine times during the 2006-07 regular season beginning at 7:11PM Tuesday, October 24 at US Airways Center.
Opening Night 2006 at US Airways Center will be on Friday, October 20 when the RoadRunners welcome the Utah Grizzlies at 7:11PM for the first game of an opening weekend three-game series. Information on season tickets, half-season packages, and flex plans are available by calling (602) 462-GOAL.
