Florida Everblades News Release
ESTERO, FL - The Florida Everblades, proud affiliate of the Stanley Cup Champion Carolina Hurricanes, announced today that it has agreed to a three-year extension with Beasley Broadcast Group Inc. to have its games broadcast on WWCN, SportsRadio 770 AM for another three years.
SportsRadio 770 AM, which also carries ESPN Radio programming, has been the flagship station of the Florida Everblades since the team's inception in 1998-99. "We are very happy to be continuing our relationship with 770 AM." Everblades President and General Manager Craig Brush said. "We've been partners with Beasley Broadcasting from the very beginning and it has been a great relationship that we are looking forward to extending further into the future."
SportsRadio 770 ESPN Radio recently began broadcasting its programming in High Definition, improving audio quality and reception, which can be heard from Punta Gorda to Naples. The all-sports station is Southwest Florida's number one sports radio station.
