
Road Dogs Rock 'N Rolling into Newark

(Newark, N.J., Aug. 13. 2010) - The world-renowned trio of Nick, Joe and Kevin, better known as the Jonas Brothers, will be trading their guitar straps and microphones for wooden bats and eye black when they take the field at the "Den" for the second straight year.
The Road Dogs Softball Team continues its cross-country slugfest with a stop at Bears & Eagles Riverfront Stadium on Monday, August 23 for game against their rivals, the Marquis Jet Flyers.
The "Road Dogs", who are made up of Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas, their band mates and road crew, play a serious brand of softball and will entertain fans will a competitive game at the home of the Bears. Hailing from Wyckoff, New Jersey, the trio have already earned an American Music Award, been nominated for a GRAMMY Award, and have sold over eight million albums worldwide.
Batting practice will be open at 10:30 a.m., with the softball game starting at 12 p.m. Tickets will be available on Monday August 16th at 9:00 a.m. and can be secured at the Bears & Eagles Stadium box office or by phone, while supplies last. Tickets are FREE and are limited to six (6) per person. There will be assigned seats for the event with no general admission seating. Fans are also advised that no outside food or beverage will be admitted into the ballpark and concession stands will be open to the public.
