
Riversharks Blow Lead; Fall Three Back

Terry Tiffee hit a go-ahead, two-run home run in the 8th inning as the Lancaster Barnstormers came back to beat the Camden Riversharks by the final count of 5-1. Camden is now three game back in the Liberty Division standings.
Trailing 2-1 in the top of the 8th, Terry Tiffee launched a two-run home run to right field off 'Sharks reliever Mike Koplove to take the lead. Lancaster added two insurance runs in the top of the 9th as the Riversharks lost just their second game this season when leading after seven innings.
Riversharks' starter Carlos Vasquez went the first six innings allowing just the one run on four hits while striking out three batters.
Lancaster grabbed the lead in the top of the 2nd inning courtesy of a sacrifice fly by Yaibel Tamayo to give the Barnstormers a 1-0 lead.
The Riversharks took their first lead in the bottom of the 4th inning with two runs. Danny Richar hit an RBI double to tie up the game and Jonel Pacheco gave Camden a 2-1 lead with a sacrifice fly.
