
RiverRats Announce Player Signings

Pittsburgh RiverRats Head Coach Shawn Liotta has announced that the team has added 6 more players to the roster for 2007. "This is an outstanding and talented group of players who will contribute toward our championship run in 2007. I am very pleased with the addition of players such as Michael Ford and Damian Birch who have the ability to be standout players in the league this season. We are very excited about the product we are going to put on the field for our fans in Pittsburgh," commented Liotta. Coach Liotta indicated that the team will announce several additional player signings over the next two weeks as the team compiles it's final training camp roster.

Coach Liotta has announced that a "pre-camp" tryout will be announced to give players one last opportunity to earn an invite to the teams training camp in January. The Pittsburgh RiverRats will begin play in 2007 at the Ice Garden (Belle Vernon, PA) in the American Indoor Football Association.
