Rivermen Announce Time Changes

The Peoria Rivermen announced today that they will change two start times during the 2007-08 Season, one at home and one on the road.

Peoria's New Year's Day game against the Houston Aeros at Carver Arena has been moved to a 5 pm start time to better accommodate families wishing to enjoy the day by watching hockey. The earlier start time means doors for the contest will open at 4 pm.

Also, for the traveling trove of Rivermen fans who want to take in the first road contest of the year against the Quad City Flames on Sunday, October 7, the start time for that game has also been moved. Puck drop is now slated for 3:05 pm, so please adjust travel plans accordingly.

All 80 games will be brought to you live on your Home for Rivermen Hockey, 96.5 ESPN Radio with a new half-hour pre-game show this season! Rivermen games will also continue to be available on line at www.rivermen.net for audio and video feeds.
