ST. LOUIS (May 19, 2010) - The Peoria Rivermen and the St. Louis Blues lost a member of their hockey family on Saturday when Rivermen Hall of Fame center Michel Mongeau passed away after a battle with cancer.

"On behalf of the St. Louis Blues and Peoria Rivermen, I would like to express how saddened we are to lose Michel," said Blues President John Davidson. "Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife Chantal and his two children Alex and Catherine."
