B-Sens Announce Personnel Change

Binghamton Senators News Release


BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced that Nathaniel Newborn, New business development executive, will be departing the team to join the Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League as Youth hockey and fan development coordinator.

Newborn joined the B-Sens' organization July 19, 2009 and was responsible for sponsorship sales at a local and national level. During the 2009-10 Binghamton Senators' season Newborn also implemented a number of successful programs for the organization including the first annual Hockey & Heels, Nooners program and the B-Sens' High School Challenge.

A graduate of Bowling Green State University (Bowling Green, Ohio), Newborn was previously employed by the Iowa Chops (American Hockey League) and completed an internship with the Nashville Predators (NHL).

"Nate has been a tremendous asset to the B-Sens. We are sorry to see him leave, but are proud to carry on the American Hockey League tradition of preparing players and personnel for the National Hockey League. The entire Binghamton Senators organization wishes him luck in his new position," said Jason Camp, Vice-president of sales for the Binghamton Senators.

Newborn will be available at the B-Sens' executive offices through Wednesday, May 26.
