Ripknees team up with St. Paul-Midway YMCA

St. Paul, MN. The ABA Minnesota Ripknees have teamed up with the St. Paul-Midway YMCA as the expansion ABA team continues to break ground in contributing to the Twin Cities community. As part of the partnership betweenthe two organizations, the Ripknees will donate 50 tickets to select games for youth participants in YMCa programs. The youth will be able to watch a local professional basketball team that provides an entertaining, up-tempo and high quality of basketball as the Ripknees have stormed to a #3 ranking in the ABA Power Rankings.

In addition, the Minnesota Ripknees players will be volunteering their time in the community by serving as mentors for various YMCA youth programs, providing the youth in the YMCA programs with a chance to interact with the professional athletes on a personal level. The YMCA will provide the Ripknees Performance Team with a practice site.
