RimRockers wallop Thunder

Little Rock, AR. Todd Day broke Kareem Reid's team scoring record of 37 points when he needed a free throw and bumped the mark to 38 as the RimRockers defeated the Carolina Thunder 138-98. The RimRockers coasted to victory scoring 30 points or more in every period.,

Arkansas played solid defense against a game but shorthanded Carolina squad allowing only 17 offensive rebounds, causing 25 turnovers and blocking 12 shots, five of which came from starter Shawnson Johnson. Kareem Red led the team in assists with 13 and Jamaal came off the bench to score 14 ponts. Every RimRockers contributed as seven players hit double figures. Myles Thrash was the leading scorer for the Thunder with 25 and Warren Bennett led both teams in rebounds with 11. Two Carolina starters were missing due to flue.
