Rim Rockers to Announce USBL Membership

Texas Rim Rockers News Release
Tuesday, December 17th, 11AM at the Clarion Hotel (Ballroom), downtown Fort Worth, the United States Basketball League (USBL)will formally announce the acceptance of the Texas Rim Rockers (www.texasrimrockers.com), the league's newest expansion franchise. All media attending will be provided a press kit, VIP seating and lunch.
The team is owned by CEO Mark McClure, Don Wesley and New Orleans Hornets guard David Wesley.
On hand will be its head coach, former Houston Rocket Robert Reid, the ownership group, league officials and its 29 member dance team made up of Dallas Cowboy, Maverick and Desperado cheerleaders among others.
The press conference will be heavily promoted through the Chamber, city officials and mass marketing to the Fort Worth community. Season tickets and apparel will go on sale that day.
That night, the team will host its Kick-Off Party in the Clarion Ballroom which will feature entertainment, cash bar and hors d'oveaurs.
