CEO Mark McClure released this bold statement to the media today and will back it up with major marketing blitz this beginning this week and thereafter until the first game.
"I have seen what we have available to us and who wants to play with the Rim Rockers and it is quite range of talent," said McClure. "The amount of talent being made available to us through various avenues certainly is exciting, although I cannot discuss what those avenues are, but I feel priviliged. In addition, our try-outs are overbooked and coach Reid has had to limit the amount of attendees. With coach Reid and GM Don Wesley behind us and their immense contacts as well, this season looks like a title to me. In our marketing blitz I told the fans that if we fail to deliver, next season their season ticket packages are 50% off. I am that confident with the talent that is wanting to come here."
