SPRINGDALE, Ark. - The Frisco RoughRiders, the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers, fell 6-2 to the Northwest Arkansas Naturals Saturday at Arvest Ballpark.
BIG MOMENTS
* Jose Cardona broke through for the Riders, breaking a scoreless tie with a solo home run to start the fourth. Eliezer Alvarez added a solo shot in the eighth.
* Northwest Arkansas hit a pair of three-run homers in the fifth and seventh innings to account for all six runs on the night and put the Naturals ahead for good.
* Juremi Profar went 2-for-4 and extended his hitting streak to a season-best six games.
