
Riders Add Two to Roster

Saskatchewan Roughriders News Release
The Saskatchewan Roughriders announced today that international kicker Ray Early and international defensive lineman Cameron Sheffield have signed with the team. As per club policy, details of the contracts were not released.
Early (5'11 - 220) joins the Riders after spending four seasons at Furman. In 44 career collegiate games, the South Carolina native connected on 43 of 59 field goal attempts (72.8%) and averaged 42.9 yards on 103 punts.
Sheffield (6'3 - 250) will join the Green and White as he enters his second CFL season. Last year the 27-year-old played 10 regular season games, starting four, for the Edmonton Eskimos where he collected 15 defensive tackles, four quarterback sacks, and two tackles for loss.
