Riders add two on defence

Today, the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club announced they have re-signed import defensive back Santino Hall and linebacker D'Wayne Taylor. Details of the contracts were not released.

Santino Hall joined the Roughriders late last season and spent time on the practice roster. Hall led TSU and was second in the conference with six interceptions in his sophomore season. The 22-year old also tied a school record with three interceptions against Jackson State in his freshman year. He was named to the all-SWAC team in his senior year.

D'Wayne Taylor attended the Riders training camp last season and was one of the final cuts. Taylor spent four seasons at New Mexico State starting in 46 consecutive games. The 24-year old finished his college career with 364 defensive tackles and was named to the all-conference team three times.
