Ride The Fan Bus To B.C. For Sounders Match

The Seattle Sounders supporters group, Emerald City Supporters is organizing a Fan Bus to Vancouver, B.C. to support the guys in their final road match of the regular season. Currently the Sounders are clinging to the sixth and final playoff spot and this match could decide if and how we make the playoffs! The Sounders visit the Vancouver Whitecaps on Sept. 8th at Swangard Stadium, kick off is scheduled for 7pm. ECS is offering a smokin' deal - for just $35 you get round trip bus fare and a ticket to the match! If you drive, you'll spend more than $35 on gas alone!

Here are the details on the ECS Fan Bus:

ECS have reserved a 47 person coach with Grayline of Seattle leaving the Northgate Park and Ride at 2:45pm. The Northgate Park & Ride is located at 11203 5th Ave NE - just north of Target and Northgate Mall. The plan is return to Northgate around 12:30am.

The total price of the Fan Bus is just $35 ($25 for bus ticket, and $10 ticket). Please contact Greg Kettner, sales rep for the Whitecaps, mention you're with the Sounders Fan Group and he'll set you up with the group rate. Group tickets need to be purchased by month's end to be assured of the group rate and seating next to other Sounder fans.

Payment for the bus can be made at the ECS table (cash or checks) during August home games at Qwest Field OR through PayPal at www.paypal.com. Please send payments through PayPal to "soundernation@yahoo.com"

Everyone travelling MUST have a valid passport, OR birth certificate/photo ID for the border crossing. No exceptions.

We need at least 40 fans to reserve the luxury bus with restrooms on board. This bus will also allow food and beverages. Don't wait, sign up today!
