September 30, 2008 - USL First Division (USL-1)
Seattle Sounders News Release

(Seattle, WA)- Seattle Sounders defender Taylor Graham and forward Sebastien Le Toux earned first and second team All-USL honors for the 2008 USL-1 regular season, it was announced by the United Soccer Leagues today.

The selection was the third All-League selection for Graham and the second for Le Toux.

Taylor Graham anchored a veteran Sounders backline of Danny Jackson, Zach Scott, and Kevin Sakuda. For Graham the first team selection was the second in his career, he was also named the 2005 USL Defensive Player of the Year. In 2007, after coming back to the Sounders mid-season, Graham earned second team All-USL honors.

The Sounders sorely missed Graham when he was out of the lineup. In four games that he did not play the Seattle defense gave up eight goals, nearly a quarter of the goals they conceded in the entire season (36). He also scored two goals, one of which was against MLS side, Chivas USA in the US Open Cup.

Sebastien Le Toux put in another fine season for Seattle coming off being named the 2007 USL-1 MVP. Le Toux scored 14 goals and four assists (32 points) for the Sounders, a ten point increase from his MVP year. He finished the season second in goals and points behind Miami FC' Alex Afonso.

In addition to a superb goal scoring record, Le Toux was one of the most fit and durable players in the league. He played in all 30 games logging 2648 minutes, the most on the team and played every minute but one of the US Open Cup. Le Toux played the most minutes of any field player in the league.

Both players were instrumental in leading Seattle back to the playoffs where they were eventually eliminated by the Montreal Impact 4-3 on aggregate Sunday afternoon.
