Tues., Oct. 21

STJ 6 vs BNG 5

At Mile One Centre, Chase Balisy, John Albert and Carl Klingberg each had a goal and two assists and Kris Fredheim added a goal and an assist to give the IceCaps their biggest offensive output of the young 2014-15 season. Balisy's goal was the first of his professional career and ten different IceCaps each recorded a point to lead St. John's to victory.

Wed., Oct. 22

BNG 3 vs STJ 2 (OT)

Chris Wideman ended the game with a wrist shot on a pass from Matt Puempel with 40.7 seconds remaining in overtime to give the Senators their first ever victory at Mile One Centre in eight tries.

Patrice Cormier and Carl Klingberg scored for the IceCaps while Chase Balisy had a pair of assists. Peter Budaj made 33 saves in the loss.

Sat., Oct. 25

STJ 2 vs BRI 1 (SO)

Brenden Kichton notched the winner in the ninth round of a goal- heavy shootout and rookie goaltender Connor Hellebuyck made 37 saves in regulation to help give St. John's points in three consecutive games. JC Lipon scored in regulation for the IceCaps.

Sun., Oct. 26

BRI 5 vs STJ 3

The Sound Tigers got singles from Johan Sundstrom, Griffin Reinhart, Ryan Pulock, Chris Langkow and Mike Halmo while the IceCaps replied with tallies from Ryan Olsen, Chase Balisy and Blair Riley.

Carl Klingberg and Ben Chiarot each finished the game with two assists for the IceCaps.

MOLSON CUP THREE STARS

The Chase is on: Rookie forward Chase Balisy notched seven points in four games this past week (3G, 4A), including his first pro goal. On Tuesday vs. Binghamton, Balisy spearheaded the IceCaps attack with three points (1G, 2A) in a 6-5 win. He followed that up the next night with a pair of assists, factoring in on both IceCaps goals. On the weekend, Balisy continued his scoring streak, notching a goal in each of his team's two games vs. Bridgeport, including a power play marker Sunday.
