Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC News Release

Rochester, NY-The Rochester Rhinos end the Pittsburgh Riverhounds season Friday night at Sahlen's Stadium.

The Rhinos recorded two goals in each half to advance into the USL PRO's National Division final.

The Rhinos will host the Divisional final next Friday, August 26th at Sahlen's Stadium.

The Rhinos' Tyler Rosenlund put the home side up in the 10th minute and never looked back from there.

A long service played towards the Rhinos lone forward, Isaac Kissi was flicked on for Rosenlund running behind the Riverhounds defense.

Rosenlund needed only one touch to lift the ball over Hunter Gilstrap and into the goal.

Nearing the half-hour mark of the game, the Rhinos added their second goal of the game off the head of Tony Donatelli.

Outside midfielder, J.C. Banks was isolated deep in the left corner of Riverhounds defensive half and served a left-footed cross towards the penalty stripe.

Slashing through the penalty area, Donatelli jumped and headed the ball off the far post and into the opposite side netting to put the home side up two.

Following the intermission, Kissi wasted little time to add a goal of his own.

In the first minute of the second half, the Rhinos played a long service behind the Riverhounds defense.

Fighting off two markers, Kissi tip-toed along the end-line and prepared his body for a shot on goal.

Kissi took an inside of the right foot shot that snuck past Gilstrap and just inside the far post.

Andrew Cost received some luck on his shot in the 85th minute.

Picking up an attempted clearance by the Riverhounds thirty yards from goal, Cost moved from right-to-left across the top of the penalty area.

Cutting the ball back inside, Cost struck a right-footed shot that deflected off of a Riverhounds defender and into the back of the net.
