RGV Killer Bees Hosts Pink At The Rink Game

HIDALGO, Texas - The Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees will be hosting its First Annual Pink at the Rink game presented by Doctors Hospital at Renaissance on Saturday, December 7 at 7:05 p.m. at the State Farm Arena against the Wichita Falls Wildcats.

"Hockey has a long tradition of partnerships with its communities in the fight against cancer," stated Bill Stewart, President of the Killer Bees, "And we are excited to partner with Doctors Hospital at Renaissance this year." During the game the Killer Bees will wear custom Pink jerseys in honor of those who have been affected by cancer. The fans will have an opportunity to purchase the jerseys through both a silent and live auction that night. The proceeds from the jerseys will be given to the Renaissance Cancer Foundation.

The Renaissance Cancer Foundation is a nonprofit organization in the Rio Grande Valley that assists cancer patients around the community.
