
Reno Bighorns Lose to Sioux Falls in Close Game

Reno, NV - The Reno Bighorns (4-8) fell to the Sioux Falls Skyforce (9-6) 116-109 Friday night in Reno.
The Bighorns and Skyforce played close throughout. There were 18 lead changes and the game was tied 17 times. The biggest lead for the Bighorns was seven points and eight for the Skyforce.
Marcus Landry led the Bighorns with 20 points and nine rebounds. The 'Horns had five other players in double figures, Antoine Wright (19), Jerome Jordan (17), Kevin Murphy (16), Walker Russell (17), and Dar Tucker (14).
The Skyforce were led by Demetris Nichols' 25 points and six rebounds. Newly-acquired guard Donald Sloan added 22 points. Miami Heat assignee, Dexter Ptitman, had 18 points for Sioux Falls.
The Bighorns play again Saturday night against the Iowa Energy. Tip-off is at 7 p.m. and the first 1500 fans in the building will receive a Bighorns scarf. Season tickets and group tickets are on sale today. For more information, fans can call 775-853-8220.
