Raleigh/Durham, NC. Basketball, in the state of North Carolina, is more than just a sport - it's a way of life. In a community that is famous for cultivating internationally talent, the North Carolina Renegades of the American Basketball Association (ABA) are proud to bring professional basketball to the Raleigh/Durham community. The Renegades are committed to providing an electrifying, fan-friendly, professional atmosphere for not only the residents of Wake County, but for the entire state of North Carolina. We strive to possess and cherish characteristics of excellence, diversity, professionalism and a sense of community throughout the Renegades organization.
Excellence: The Renegades are committed to the pursuit of excellence. We will work together, sweat together, struggle together, learn togeter and ultimately, win together. The North Carolina Renegades shall always be seen as a symbol of unified trust, respect and support in a collective effort to overcome our opponents both on and off the court.
Community: The Renegades primary goal within the community is to promote the growth and well-being of the children throughout the great state of North Carolina. Whether these children are student-athletes, special education students, honor students or just ordinary students, the Renegades will continuously support, nurture and cultivate youth programs to aide in the continuous support of our youth.
With 18 home games scheduled for the Renegades, we will provide our community with fast-paced and fan-friendly games, exciting pre-game and half-time musicians and entertainment, giveaways and post-game player and coach interaction with the fans. The Renegades are proud to be a part of North Carolina and look forward to giving the fans professional basketball the way it was meant - fan-oriented.
