
Renegades Earn Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week Honors

Rome, Ga. - Rome Renegades QB Marcus Brady and DB Charles Jones have been named offensive player and defensive player of the week for the AIFL Southern Division. Both played big roles Monday in Richmond, Va. helping the Renegades defeat the Richmond Bandits by a score of 55-43. Brady was completed 23 of 36 passes for 286 yards and two touchdowns. Brady was had 8 rushes for 26 yards and 5 touchdowns. Jones led the Renegades defense with three of the four team's interceptions. Jones also had three tackles on the night.
The Renegades will travel to Columbus, Ga. on Saturday, March 4th to play the Chattahoochee Valley Vipers. Kickoff is set for 7pm. Catch all the Renegades action on Q102.
