The Rome Renegades want Northwest Georgians to rock the Forum in their inaugural season in the new World Indoor Football League.
Aside from the final outcome of last seasons American Bowl Championship game, the Renegades were extremely pleased with the sell-out crowd that packed the Forum and are hoping to replicate that crowd in each of their seven home dates next season.. Several hundred people were turned away at the championship game and the best way fans can make sure that they are able to get a great seat for the best "Catch the Ball, Hit the Wall" action is to purchase season tickets.
Season tickets range from as little as $35 up to a maximum of $140 for all of the fast paced wall to wall action that is indoor football. Almost 100 orders were taken during the championship game in July and the number of tickets sold has been climbing steadily ever since.
In an effort to spur season ticket sales, the Renegades will offer up to $6000 in Christmas Cash to a lucky season ticket holder if 1700 season tickets are sold by October 31st. If 1700 tickets are sold, someone will also win a week for four at a luxurious Florida Gulf Coast Condominium !
Here's the way the promotion works. Once the Renegades reach the 1400 season ticket mark, someone will win $3,000. For each ticket sold in excess of 1400, $10 will be added to the total, up to $6,000. We can only sell 1700 season tickets for the Forum where our capacity is 2100. The other 400 seats are reserved for sponsors and team comps.
Remember, the magic number is 1400 season tickets, sold by October 31st so that some lucky fan can get a great jump start on holiday buying.
More details - If you purchase four tickets, your name will go into the drawing four times. If you are a corporate purchaser and you buy ten tickets that you might want to distribute on a game by game basis to your employees, your name will go into the drawing ten times ! The more tickets you buy, the more chances you've got to win.
The Florida condominium is being contributed by 'Just Kids Learning Centers' in Rome, Cartersville, Adairsville and Dallas. Owners Jake and Linda Gibbs became big Renegade fans this past season and are hoping their contribution will spur more Coosa Valleyans to join the Renegade Nation in 2007 ! Again, the week on the Florida Gulf Coast will be awarded if the Renegades reach the 1700 season ticket level.
