
Refund Policy for Cancelled NBA Preseason Game in Bismarck Announced

BISMARCK, ND (October 5, 2011) - Fans who purchased tickets to the NBA preseason game between the Golden State Warriors and Utah Jazz, which was scheduled to take place at the Bismarck Civic Center on Tuesday, October 25, 2011, can receive a full refund in light of the fact that the game has been cancelled, it was announced today. The NBA announced yesterday (October 4) that the entire 114- game preseason schedule has been cancelled because a new collective bargaining agreement has not been reached with the National Basketball Players Association.
Below are specifics on the refund process based upon how tickets were purchased:
For tickets purchased in-person at the Bismarck Civic Center Box Office: Beginning tomorrow (October 6) fans that purchased tickets in-person from the Bismarck Civic Center Box Office can return those tickets to the Box Office to receive a refund, which will be made by the original method of payment. Returns must be made by November 30, 2011.
For tickets purchased via Ticketmaster: Fans that purchased their tickets via Ticketmaster, either by phone or internet, will have their charges refunded automatically to the original method of payment.
For tickets purchased as part of Dakota Wizards Pre-Sale: Dakota Wizards Season Ticket
Holders that purchased their tickets via phone as part of an exclusive pre-sale event will also have their charges automatically refunded.
