Florence RedWolves News Release
The RedWolves announce the signing of two more arms for the 2011 season. Sam O'Neill from Mercyhurst College will be returning for his second summer with the team. He is a 6-1 210-pound Jr. RHP, O'Neill was 5-2 with 3 saves in 23 appearances with a 3.24 era. He struck out 31 batters, walked 21 in 41.2 innings in 2010. Florence has also signed Zach Kraham a 6-4, 210-pound, So. RHP from the University of Albany.
I look for Sam to fill a similiar role this summer as he did last summer. He had good number last summer and I'm excited that he is returning for another season in Florence.
Zach is a big kid who will see a lot of innings for the RedWolves. Zach will throw in the back end of our bull pen. I'm excited to have Zach this summer.
