Redwolves Ink Two Outfielders

The RedWolves announce the signing of two outfielders who will be patrolling the grounds at Legion Stadium this summer. Adam Engel a 6-1 190-pound Fr. From Louisville and Dominic Attanasio a 5-8 160-pound Fr. From Clemson have joined the team for the 2011 season.
Engel is extremely athletic. He can really run and throw. I look for Engel to hit near the top of the order and play a solid outfield for us this summer. Dominic is a very solid player. He can hit, run, and really play defense. I see him hitting at the top or middle of the order and playing somewhere in our outfield on a regular basis.
2011 Promotions - RedWolves fans will have the opportunity to help out local charities again this summer and receive discount ticket vouchers for their donations. Bark in the Park and Homer's Birthday with the Humane Society will be held June 16th sponsored by Pet Lover's Warehouse, Turner, Padget, Graham and Laney Law Firm will sponsor Harvest Hope Food Bank night on June 28th, and Christmas in July benefit for the Salvation Army will be held on July 23rd. "Our fans have done a great job over the years of bringing items to donate to these groups and taken advantage of the discount vouchers, we anticipate very good participation again this summer and we glad we can use RedWolves Baseball as a stage to help these local organization".
Summer Camp and Team Party sign up- It's time for kid's ages 6-15 to sign up for the annual RedWolves Summer Camp starting on June 20th. Visit www.florenceredwolves.com for more information. Team's can sign up for your end of season team parties with the RedWolves Baseball Buddies program. Cost is $10 per player/coach for a ticket, food and a t-shirt provided by All Star Sports, and the team gets to run out on the field with the RedWolves players for the starting line up and playing of the National Anthem. Only one team party per home game so call now to book your date at 629-0700.
