Red Wings Announce Opening Week Schedule

ROCHESTER, NY - The Rochester Red Wings have announced the opening week itinerary including information on Media Day. Please see the schedule below.

- Monday, April 2 - The team is scheduled to arrive at Greater Rochester International Airport from Baltimore-Washington International at 12:05 p.m. on Southwest Flight #533.

- Tuesday, April 3 - Media Day begins at 11 a.m. The Red Wings will work out after media requests have been fulfilled (weather permitting). The 90th Welcome Home Dinner is at 7 p.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel.

- Wednesday, April 4 - Rochester will work out on the field at 10 a.m. (weather permitting)

- Thursday, April 5 - Rochester will work out on the field at 10 a.m. (weather permitting)

- Friday, April 6 - Opening Day at Frontier Field as Rochester hosts Buffalo at 6:05 p.m. to begin the 2018 season.

Tickets for Opening Day and for the other 69 home games are on sale now at the Ticket Office or at RedWingsBaseball.com. The Home Opener once again features a 50-degree guarantee. If the temperature on the Frontier Field thermometer isn't 50 at some point during the game, each ticket can be exchanged for any Red Wings home game in April or May.
