Real Monarchs Face New Mexico United in First of Back-To-Back Matches

HERRIMAN, Utah - Real Monarchs return to Zions Bank Stadium on Wednesday, August 19 to face New Mexico United at 8:00p MT, the first of two matches against one another this week. The match can be seen live on ESPN+ and the KSL TV app while a limited number of tickets are available for Wednesday's match.

The two sides have faced one another twice since New Mexico joined the USL Championship in 2019, with each team taking a win in their respective home stadiums. Most recently, the Monarchs defeated New Mexico 1-0 in July 2019 at Zions Bank Stadium.

This past Saturday Real Monarchs fell 1-0 to El Paso Locomotive FC in front of a socially-distanced sell-out crowd of 522 fans at Zions Bank Stadium.
