Lake Elsinore, CA -Rawhide defeat the Lake Elsinore Storm for the first time this season by a score of 9-4. The game was tied 4-4 going into the 10th inning.
Alvin Guzman was placed on second base to start the 10th inning and he scored the go-ahead run when Anderdson Rojas singled into center field. That was the only run the Rawhide would need, but four more scored. Visalia scored the five runs in the 10th inning off four hits, one walk, one sacrifice flyout, and one error.
Liam Norris earned his second win of the season. He relieved Afred Morillo with runners on the corners and two outs in the ninth. He struck out Albert Fabian to keep the game tied. Norris did allow one walk in the 10th, but did not give up a run or hit in the outing.
Rawhide look to take a lead in the series tomorrow. First pitch is at 6:05 p.m. at The Diamond.
