
Rattlers Solidify Secondary, Ink Three Defensive Specialists

Phoenix, AZ - The Arizona Rattlers announced the signings of defensive specialists Terrance Joseph, Tyrone Sanders, and Maurice Taylor. As per club policy, terms of the deals were not announced.
Joseph (6-1, 201, Tulsa) spent 2004 with Head Coach Todd Shell and the New York Dragons, making 52.5 tackles and two interceptions in 14 games. Over his two-year career, Joseph has totaled 101.5 tackles and five interceptions, in addition to his astounding 25 pass break-ups. He has played with San Jose, Los Angeles, and Grand Rapids in addition to New York.
Sanders (5-10, 173, TCU) spent the 2004 NFL training camp with the Arizona Cardinals, after completing his career at TCU. A Horned Frog from 1999 to 2003, Sanders was the senior leader on the TCU team that finished 2003 ranked #21 in the country.
Taylor (5-11, 180, Northern Arizona) joined the Rattlers Practice Squad in May, joining the team for their playoff run. Taylor was one of the leading tacklers for the Lumberjacks in 2003, amassing 47 tackles and an interception during his senior season.
