
Rattlers Pick up DB Madison

Phoenix, Ariz. - The five time world champion Arizona Rattlers were assigned defensive back Ross Madison for the 2016 Arena Football League (AFL) season on Tuesday.
Prior to joining the Rattlers, Vaughan spent the 2015 preseason with the National Football League's (NFL) Denver Broncos; he also spent the 2014 preseason with the NFL's Washington Redskins.
The 5-11 200-pound Madison attended the University of Toledo where he had 99 total tackles, four pass breakups, and two interceptions for the Rockets.
The Leesburg, Virginia native attended Heritage High School, where he was a multi-sport athlete Madison played running back and safety in high school where he averaged 7.3 yards per carry, earning him first team all-district honors. He also ran track where he set school records in the 40-yard dash (4.46) and vertical jump (31"). Madison qualified for States in the 200 meters and won the state title in 4x100 relay.
