Rapids Academy to Host High School Boys Coaches Summit this Saturday

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (Monday, April 23, 2012) - The Colorado Rapids Youth Academy will be hosting a high school boys soccer coaches summit this Saturday night ahead of the Rapids match against Chivas USA at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. The event will be led by members of the Colorado Rapids youth technical staff, as well as the region's technical advisor for U.S. Soccer, Carson Porter.

The summit will be held at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, and is designed to clarify issues related to participation in U.S. Soccer's Development Academy. All high school coaches and administrators in attendance will be given a complementary premium ticket to the Colorado Rapids game at 7:00 p.m, and includes admission into the pre-game Famous Dave's BBQ Picnic Area. Additional tickets for friends and family to the match or to the Famous Dave's BBQ Picnic Area can be purchased at a discounted price.
