Kitchener Rangers News Release
Kitchener, ON: The Kitchener Rangers announced this morning that the team has extended their partnership agreement with 570 News for another four years.
The new deal ensures that all of the Rangers home and road games will be broadcast live on 570 News through the 2009-2010 season.
"We are thrilled to be continuing a tradition of Kitchener Rangers hockey and 570 News", said Don Kollins, Program Director of 570 News. "The relationship built over the years between our two organizations as well as the tradition of Don Cameron and Gary Doyle on the broadcasts make this a perfect fit for the future."
"The organization is thankful of the ongoing support we have received from 570 News. We are in a unique position in that we are one of a select few CHL teams that are fortunate enough to have both their home and road games broadcast live on the radio each season", said Rangers Chief Operating Officer Steve Bienkowski.
