Rangers Assign Jayson Megna to Hartford

NEW YORK - New York Rangers General Manager Jeff Gorton announced today that the team has assigned forward Jayson Megna to the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League (AHL).
Megna, 25, was recalled by the Rangers on November 30. In 21 games with the Wolf Pack this season, Megna has registered five goals and seven assists for 12 points, along with eight penalty minutes. He leads the Wolf Pack in shots on goal (68), is tied for the team lead in goals and points, and is tied for second in assists this season.
