
Rampage Sign David Marshall to AHL Contract

SAN ANTONIO (September 19, 2011) - San Antonio Rampage General Manager Mike Santos announced today that the American Hockey League (AHL) club has signed forward David Marshall to an AHL contract.
Marshall, 26, joins the Rampage for his fourth season in the AHL. Last season he split his time between Rochester (AHL), Worcester (AHL), Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AHL) and Wheeling (ECHL) posting five goals and four assists in 43 AHL games and totaling 22 points (10 goals, 12 assists) in 28 ECHL games.
The Buffalo, Minn. native has played in 67 career AHL games contributing nine goals and eight assists and appeared in 11 AHL playoff games last season with the Penguins.
Marshall attended Quinnipiac University (ECAC) where he registered 73 goals and 54 assists in 155 career games with the Bobcats (2005-09).
