
RailHawks Kick off 2016 NASL Season with 10th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, April 2nd

CARY, NC - The Carolina RailHawks will kick off their 10th anniversary season with back-to-back home games starting on Saturday, March 26th at 12:00 p.m. when the RailHawks host 10-time Mexican Champion Toluca F.C. in an international exhibition match, followed by a regular season home-opener bash on Saturday, April 2nd, when they host Minnesota United FC.
Fans can expect a game day experience like never seen before. The regular season home opener will feature entertainment for both adults and children, and attendees will have the chance to see the revamped 2016 RailHawks roster kickoff their spring season against Minnesota United FC. Fans won't want to miss this party and the chance to see the RailHawks start the season with a win!

In an effort to promote safe driving and a more enjoyable game-day experience, the RailHawks will also introduce their "Fan Bus" this season. Fans will have the opportunity to kick off their pre-game activities in style, travel safely to and from WakeMed Soccer Park without worrying about parking costs, get pumped up before the match, and enjoy the party with other dedicated fans. The RailHawks Fan Bus will be free of charge and will make stops in downtown Raleigh and Cary
New South Stand Supporters Section, which will showcase our very own Triangle Soccer Fanatics and Oak City Supporters groups
New RailHawks-branded signage inside and outside of the stadium
Enhanced concessions services including in-seat food and beverage service for new on-field seating and a new beer cart in the south concourse next to the Far Post Beer Garden
Better management of parking and in-facility traffic patterns due to more staffing and upgrades to flow and placement of traffic personnel
VIP Field-Level Seating
New wireless mobile camera that will enable more behind the scenes team and player videos and in-the-stands fan videos to be featured during the game day on the video board
More professional merchandise display and larger selection of RailHawks offerings
The match will also give fans the chance to celebrate the club's new ownership under Steve Malik and to see the squad's new talents and returning players make their 2016 NASL debuts.
