
RailHawks Begin Hiring Process for Two New Positions

CARY, NC - The Carolina RailHawks are currently seeking energetic, soccer passionate people to join their organization. Looking to grow the organization, the RailHawks will hire a Manager of Fan Development and a Grassroots Fan Development & Hispanic Community Outreach Manager. "The RailHawks organization is excited about this phase of expansion," said RailHawks President Curt Johnson. "The hiring of two new positions to our staff will be integral in our continued growth and the growth of professional soccer in the Triangle. It is important that we not only develop talent on the field, but find and develop future soccer leaders."
The Manager of Fan Development is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with new and existing clients of the Carolina RailHawks. This position will be tasked with helping to exceed the organization's ticket sales revenue goals and dedicated to increasing the brand awareness of the RailHawks in the Triangle market.
The Grassroots Fan Development & Hispanic Outreach Manager will be tasked with working with individuals across all departments to ensure successful marketing, social media and community outreach initiatives are implemented. A key component will be developing and maintaining strategic relationships with individuals and organizations that are dedicated to increasing the RailHawks awareness in the Triangle.
The RailHawks will open the 2013 NASL Season at the 'New WakeMed Soccer Park', currently undergoing a $6.3 million renovation that began in December of 2011. Ticket packages for the 2013 season are on sale now and can be purchased by calling the Cruizers Box Office at 919-459-8144.
