Prince Albert Raiders News Release


Prince Albert SK- The Prince Albert Raiders will be in Swift Current Wednesday to take on the Broncos. The green and Gold return to the Art Hauser Centre to begin a 4 game home stand with back-to-back games against the Red Deer Rebels and Kootenay Ice on Friday and Saturday, respectively.

Here is the Raiders itinerary this week:

Tuesday, February 21st

Practice - 9:30 AM

Wednesday, February 22nd

Raiders @ Broncos - 7:00 PM - 900 CKBI

Thursday, February 23rd

Practice - 1:00

The Frank Dunn Future Raiders program continues as Raider players Mark McNeill, Luke Lee-Knight and Harrison Ruopp will attend a Crescent Heights Black Stars novice practice to skate with the players and teach them skills.

Friday, February 24th

Raider Day Friday returns; the Prince Albert Chamber of Commerce is urging all businesses in Prince Albert to encourage their staff to wear Raider items on Fridays before Raider weekend home games.

Raiders vs. Rebels - 7:00 PM Its John Deere Night! Fans will have the chance to win a prize package from John Deere Farm and Garden Centre!

Saturday, February 25th

Raiders vs. Ice - 7:00 PM

Its Wall of Honour Night at the Art Hauser Centre, as the Raiders will honour former players Robin Bartel and Dean McAmmond as well as builder Jerry Bergen.

Sunday, February 26th

The Raiders will be taking part in the festivities at the Prince Albert Winter Festival!

Season ticket on sale now! Get your 2012-2013 season tickets by March 16th for a chance to win a pair of tickets to the 2013 Memorial Cup in Saskatoon! In addition, those who purchase their season tickets by May 31st receive special early bird pricing!

Clunie Cooper Memorial Pro Bull Riding Invitational tickets are now on sale! The event will be held April 6th and 7th at the Art Hauser Centre, with a Cabaret in the Ches Leach Lounge both evenings featuring Prince Albert's own Donny Parenteau! Tickets are available at the Raider office in the Art Hauser Centre or by calling 764-5348.

Prince Albert's inaugural Father Daughter Gala tickets are now available! This unique formal event will take place on Friday April 27th and tickets are $125 for a father/daughter pair with all proceeds going to the Raider Education Fund and Ronald McDonald House. The evening will include entertainment provided by Double Vision, Canada's only identical twin magic act, as well as a plated meal, silent auction and reverse raffle for his and hers watches!
