
Raging Tide falls to Seacoast In Second Game

Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide News Release
PORTSMOUTH, NH- The Old Orchard Beach Raging Tide (1-1) were defeated by the Seacoast Mavericks by a score of 7-1.
The defeat marks the first loss of the season for the Tide, and second time both teams have faced one another in the early season.
Ryan Otero (Coral Gables, FL. /Miami) took the mound for the Raging Tide and pitched solid through 4 innings giving up 3 hits and 0 runs.
Raging Tide took an early lead with an RBI single from Zach Collett (Westbrook, ME/University of New Haven) but was unable to hold off the Mavericks offense that was fueled by a grand slam by Buck McCarthy.
The Raging Tide will be on the road again on June 9th as they travel to Campanelli Stadium to take on the Brockton Rox at 1:05.
