Rocky Mountain Rage News Release

Broomfield, Colo. - Not only will the Rocky Mountain Rage battle their counterparts from the Colorado Eagles during their first pre-season game tomorrow at Broomfield Event Center at 7:05 p.m., but they will also try to one-up each other, as well. Roster spots are at a premium as the 26 players at training camp continue to compete for only 19 spots on the club's regular season roster, which must be submitted to the Central Hockey League by head coach Tracy Egeland on Oct. 17.

Tickets are half price for tomorrow's tilt against the Rage's Front Range rivals, beginning as low as $7.50 for adults and $6.50 for kids 12 and under. Fans may purchase tickets to every Rage home game through Ticketmaster. Log-on to www.Ticketmaster.com, call (303) 830-TIXS, or visit any Ticketmaster retail outlet.

Rocky Mountain and the Eagles complete their two-game set of pre-season games on Sunday, Oct. 14, at the Budweiser Events Center at 7:05 p.m. The Rage hit the road to begin the regular season on Oct. 19 and 20 against the Odessa Jackalopes and Amarillo Gorillas, respectively, before returning to Broomfield for the home opener at Broomfield Event Center on Friday, Oct. 26, at 7:05 p.m. against the Tulsa Oilers.

Season tickets for the 2007-08 campaign are still available and start as low as $495 for all 32 regular season games, the pre-season match-up against the Eagles, AND the 2008 CHL All-Star Game.
