RiverCity Rage News Release
St. Charles, MO - The RiverCity Rage Professional Indoor Football Team has announced a new ticket campaign that will run through the month of May. The team is looking to join forces with their corporate partners in an effort to bring area underprivileged kids out to a Rage game at the Family Arena. RiverCity has two regular season games remaining on their schedule this season and would like to use them to bring happiness to local youth.
The Rage are asking their partners or individuals to purchase tickets that will in turn be donated to the Rage Children's Charities. The charities include The Ronald McDonald House, Camp Sunrise via The TL Jones Foundation and YMCA. The Rage will match any donation made by their partners in an effort to reach as many children as possible.
"We have always prided ourselves in being a part of our community," said Rage General Manager Matt Jones. "This is an exciting initiative that we have put together. I am sure that our corporate partners will be just as eager to help as we are. We see how thrilled the kids are that come to our games already and we wanted to give kids that might not have a chance to come, for one reason or another, an opportunity to share in the excitement."
Rage ticket prices start at just $5. Together we can bring a smile to our area youth in need. Please contact Aaron McCreight at (636) 946.7243 to order your tickets or for more information on this event.
The Rage will return to action this weekend as they head to Bloomington to face their division rival Bloomington Extreme. This will be the first road game for RiverCity since April 5th. The next home game for the Rage is Saturday, May 31st as they host the Extreme after playing four straight on the road. For ticket information call (636) 896.4285.
