
Quinnel Brown Named NBL Player of the Week

(WINDSOR, ON) Windsor guard, Quinnel Brown has been named the National Basketball League of Canada's Player of the Week.
It's the first time Brown has recieved the award as a member of the Windsor Express.
He also won it this exact week, two years ago with the Halifax Rainmen.
Brown had a double-double in both games played by the Express this past week, a 23 point/20 rebound game in Windsor's 131-120 victory over London on December 5th and a 20 point/10 rebound performance in yesterday's 100-99 loss in Mississauga.
For the year, Brown leads the Express with a 20.1 points per game average and in rebounds, with 9.1 per game.
The Express are back in action on Saturday, December 13th in Brampton against the A's at 7:00pm.
The next Windsor home game is Saturday, December 27th when they host the Mississauga Power at 7:00pm at the WFCU Centre.
For that game, all children 13 years old and younger get in free!
