
Quad City Steamwheelers Trade Bo Smith to Green Bay Blizzard for Tyson Gustavus and Marcus Thurman

Quad City Steamwheelers News Release
(Davenport, IA) - The arenafootball2 league has approved a trade between the Quad City Steamwheelers and the Green Bay Blizzard today sending WR/DB Bo Smith to Green Bay in exchange for FB/LB Tyson Gustavus and DS Marcus Thurman.
Smith was leading the Steamwheelers with eight receiving touchdowns on 27 catches. He was averaging 80.5 yards per game and was leading the team in total receiving yards with 322.
The Steamwheelers picked up Gustavus who had five carries for 24 yards and a touchdown in three games for the Blizzard this season. On defense he has registered 2.5 tackles, a tackle for a loss and one quarterback hurry.
The other addition to the Steamwheelers via the trade was Thurman. The Green Bay Blizzard activated him from their refused to report list for the trade and he has not appeared in any games for the Blizzard this season.
